I spent my hour today starting to wrap up the Abominations from the Gluttony expansion for CMON's The Others.
Obviously there is not a ton of stuff to detail on these guys (plus, I'm doing them as part of my speed-painting in batch project), but the exposed spines, teeth and the red/pink tentacles all needed a little attention.
I also started roughing in the base. I've been finding, as I work on colorful bases, that I get my best results when I do multiple coats and let them totally dry (I'm talking about like, letting them dry overnight) between coats.
Anyway:
